Classic: 4g per 250ml | 85–90°C | 2–3 min. Bright, astringent, and complex with notes of apricot, honey, and wild herbs.

Gongfu: 7g per 100ml | 95°C | 10s, 15s, 20s, 30s. Evolves from a floral sweetness to a strong, punchy “Hui Gan” (lingering sweet aftertaste).

Description
